Extension, Internal Changes
and Landscaping Sutton Coldfield
This single story rear extension and garage conversion in Sutton Coldfield has provided our clients with a wonderful open plan dining area attached to their existing kitchen. Rear extensions can dramatically transform living spaces, especially when integrated seamlessly with existing structures like kitchens. As part of the project we also added a utility space within the garage conversion, providing our clients with much needed storage and a separate space for their white goods.
We then took on the task of landscaping the back garden tying everything together and enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the property, addressing the levels, laying a patio and the foundations for our clients Home Office/Gym at the bottom of the garden.
